Conditioning and Relaxation Coming Together!
On February 9-13, 2009, the Office of Research Services, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (ORS/DATS) showcased CORE Week.
CORE Week highlighted the science and practice of different modes of physical activity and their relaxing counterparts that individuals can do as part of a healthy lifestyle.
During this five-day series of events, NIH employees and contractors learned about the various benefits of conditioning and relaxation and were able to experience them first-hand.
